About ME...

Hello I'm Sue, a fully qualified Pilates Instructor since 2012, based in Cranleigh, Surrey. 

 

  I regularly teach via "Zoom" and "in person" Pilates Classes.

  •  There are currently 3 Zoom Pilates courses every week.  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning at 08.15am.  
  •  The cost for an eight week course is £55.  
  •  Sign up to more than one weekly course and your total cost is discounted by £10.
  •  Classes are small and friendly whilst being challenging and safe. 
  •  Weekly 'in person' classes continue every Monday morning in Wonersh, Surrey.

  • Private tuition is available by appointment. 

 

Group classes are aimed at those who are already familiar with the principles of Joe Pilates' method.   If you are new to Pilates, please book a 'Beginners Programme' with me.  This short course will be specifically designed around your needs with the necessary adjustments made to suit your body. Please enquire for details.

 

I also provide peripatetic Pilates classes to cover for Instructors who need a break.  I know how important continuity is from my years in this profession, and I offer a reliable and accomplished resource to other professionals in the fitness industry. Pilates Professionals; please email me to discuss your cover/back-up requirements.

I qualified to work in the fitness industry through YMCAfit in 2005, teaching Studio Aerobics, Step and Body Pump. I specialised in Joe Pilates' method of exercise in 2012, and have taught group sessions and 1-to-1 classes daily ever since. I am a member of CIMSPA, and eREP's.

You may already know that Pilates is an effective exercise method that anyone can do, young, old, male, female.  From your first class, you will start to discover the basics of good posture, powerful breathing techniques and the most important exercises that strengthen your muscles and joints.   

  

 

I offer a low-impact form of exercise, focusing

on balance and control. Designed to develop

inner strength and stamina, whilst improving

your posture. 

 

You will learn how your body works and moves

as you nail down the basics. A superb way to

build strength and overall fitness.

 

 

Pilates exercise will tone and strengthen muscles,

ultimately changing your body shape.

With regular practice, you can completely change the

way your body looks and feels.
