Hello I'm Sue, a fully qualified Pilates Teacher since 2012, now based in Cranleigh, Surrey.
I offer a Mixed Ability Pilates class every Wednesday 1100-1200h in the superb Dance Studio at Cranleigh School Horseshoe Lane GU6 8QQ. Six week courses £72. £12 per class.

- Live Zoom courses are available every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning at 0815-0915.
- These courses are either 6 or 8 weeks long and cost £8. per class.
- Aimed at those familiar with the principles of Joe Pilates' method at Intermediate Level.

I qualified to work in the fitness industry through YMCAfit in 2005, teaching Studio Aerobics, Step and Body Pump. I specialised in Joe Pilates' method in 2012 and have taught group sessions and 1-to-1 classes daily ever since. I am a member of CIMSPA and UK Coaching.

I offer a low-impact form of exercise, focusing
on balance and control. Designed to develop
inner strength and stamina, whilst improving
your posture.
You will learn how your body works and moves
as you nail down the basics. A superb way to
build strength and overall fitness.
